How are windows counted?

Count each individual section of glass—not just the full window frame. For example, if a single window has 4 separate glass sections (panes), count all 4. Every individual pane counts, even if they’re part of the same window frame. Need help? Just snap a photo and text it to us—we’re happy to count with you!

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily! For exterior-only services, we just need access to the windows and any locked gates open. For interior cleaning, someone 18+ should be present to allow entrance to the property.

What’s included in a standard window cleaning?

We can clean exterior only, but typically we clean both sides of the window (inside and out), including the sills and frames if accessible. Screens can be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled upon request.
